“Leading global remote teams”

Webinar abstract

As Sietarians we are used to developing the cross cultural skills of team members of global teams. Over the last few years, globally dispersed teams who rarely meet face to face have become more and more common. Many managers feel resistant to managing their teams remotely. In virtual space, management skills are amplified: a good manager becomes and excellent one and a bad managers becomes even worse. During this short interactive session we will look at what competencies remote leaders need in order to bring a remote team to high performance.
